Chris Dahlem has spent 15 years playing and coaching both 7s and 15s.  After graduating from SUNY Brockport, Dahlem played with White Plains from 2005-2008 on 2 Met Union Championship teams including the club's first Sweet 16 appearance in D1.  Dahlem returned to his Alma mater in 2008 to coach the team to its first NRU final 4 appearance in school history.  Dahlem's next assignment came in 2013 with the re-established Manhattanville College Men's team.  In two years the team went from 1-5 to 5-1 and finished 1 game shy of reaching the NSCRO tournament.  


Assistant Coach Federico Rienhardt

Coach Rienhardt has over 40 years of rugby experience as a player and player coach. Originally from Argentina, he played for the San Isidro Club for 25 years and then coached for 5 years before moving to USA in 2002. He coached local rival Old Blue from 2002 to 2005, and then coached our other local rival NYAC from 2010-2014, winning National Championships in 2010 and 2012.


Assistant Coach Robert Gilmore

A veteran of the United States Army’s Military Police Corps, Coach Gilmore is the Director of Financial Aid & Veteran’s Affairs at Manhattanville College. A 200-level certified coach and very occasional old-boy/alumni player, he is the current Treasurer of the Tri-State Collegiate Rugby Conference. He began coaching rugby with Chris Dahlem 4 years ago.
